At Ice Kulture, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every customer.


Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Ice Kulture offers multiple shipping options based on your location and selection at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package until delivery.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. Ice Kulture is not responsible for carrier-related delays but will assist when possible.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Ice Kulture is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
